Wallpaper Refund Policy
Beautiful Walls wont be able to refund your purchase if you change your mind or if you have rolls left over from over calculating the amount needed.
We are happy to offer a full refund within 14 days of your purchase on wallpapers we have on stock on our showroom. Wallpaper should be in good condition and in the original packaging without been opened.
Please check every roll for defaults before installation and contact us straight away to organise a refund or a replacement will be given if the wallpaper is faulty, as per the Office of Fair Trading Policy.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders cannot be cancelled once we have received payment and your product has been ordered from our distributors. Many of our products come from overseas distributors, meaning your order will be specially arranged for you. Due to the specialised nature of our products, they are ordered specifically for you.
MURALS
Our murals are made ro order with the specific dimensions of your walls, so no refund can be made on them unless the product is faulty.
